Task: Validate Management Environment
Verify that the current Management Environment the requirements of the Service Engagement. Ensure that the environment established for the CMO team allows them to efficiently and effectively perform their tasks as outlined in the Service Governance Plan.

Main Description

The Engagement Manager reviews the entire environment that has been set up to ensure the effective use for all tasks on the Service Engagement. Where the review identifies any problems, appropriate actions must be taken to address them quickly before it could have any impact on the Service Engagement.

Review of information and documentation pertaining to the management environment will be undertaken within the scope of the Document and Record Management stream.
